ALBANY, N.Y. >> It was a phrase that coaches throughout Section II have said time and time again - "There is a reason why Troy in the No. 1 team in the state." The undefeated Flying Horses, riding a 23-game winning streak that dates back to last year, repeated as the Section II Class AA champions Friday night at the University at Albany with a 28-6 win over Saratoga Springs.
