After a slow start, the Siena College women's swim team is starting to get things going and two key performers for the Saints are junior Emma Rupert and freshman Kylie George. Rupert, from Clifton Park (Shenendehowa High), has been dominant in the 500 and 1,000 freestyle and the 200 individual medley in a win over Stony Brook (172-58) on Nov. 4 in Loudonville and triumphs over Monmouth (175-86) and Manhattan (205-56) on Nov. 18 in a tri-meet in West Long Branch, N.J. She kicked off the season by winning all three of those events in a 160-134 loss to Rider on Oct. 14 in Loudonville. George, from Scotia (Scotia-Glenville High), has been strong all season long in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and with the 400 medley relay team.Read More
