Joe Cremo scored a personal-best 30 points and breached the 1,000-point barrier to lead the University at Albany men's basketball team to a 78-62 win over Holy Cross Saturday in Worcester, Mass. The Great Danes are 6-0 for the first time since the 1985-86 season. Cremo, a junior from Scotia, scored his 1,000th point on a layup with 1:04 left in the second half, becoming the 10th player in school history (Division I era) to reach that mark.
