If all had gone according to plan, Kenny Wormley would probably be starting at point guard for the Siena men's basketball team right now. After all, he started 28 games for the Saints as a freshman two years ago. But Wormley became one of the hundreds of Division I players who transfer every season, in his case a surprising late announcement in August 2016.
